When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days. Delivery is then dependent on your location and whether standard or express shipping is chosen. Please visit www.austpost.com.au for full shipping info.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! International shipping is $30 Australian dollars. Please note that customs and duties are not covered by MJ Clothing.
How can I track my order status?
Every order you make will receive a tracking number which you can use to see the status of your package.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers.
What can I do if my package is damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged, please email our customer service team at mjclothing27@gmail.com and we will arrange an immediate exchange. In your email, please include photos of the damaged product.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
